Filed under: Ajax resources — hoodedfang @ 11:54 pm

Buzzword, latest thing or something many of us have been doing for years with javascript and xml, Ajax is not only controversial but kinda fun to work with. Enough verbal dribbling from me:

Lately, Ive found a whole bunch of really handy code libraries. The nice thing with these is their sites look a hell of a lot better than the old onces did (“dhtml guru” if you’re listening your page sucks)

Okay here goes. Dive in and have fun:

More Video Sites

Okay, the video research went really overboard. True, I can talk about online video and the future of it compared to terrestrial tv but hey, that isnt going to make me the life of the party. Here’s some more links for video stuff:

Curious about the differences between the On2 VP6 codec and Sorenson Squeeze when it comes to flash video?

Rapid Development Framework

Filed under: Rapid Development Frameworks — hoodedfang @ 6:32 pm

A little over a year ago, I got turned on to Ruby on Rails. This changed the way I do things and the way I think about problems I encounter. The easiest way to see if this is the way of development is to try one. My favourite is RoR but Im really up for trying other types of frameworks and seeing what I can do with them.

Here’s a sample of what Ive found. Ill review as I can
