Way long ago in the early nineties, I was in university. Whilst there I was assigned a particularily fun project in Philosophy. The point of the project was to create a hypothetical religion based upon secular values (back in the day when being objective and critical towards religion wasnt a bad thing). So I came up with Nietzsche Buddhism, combining my own religion with a favourite philosopher of mine at the time.
Now my prof who was terminally catholic wasnt happy with my paper so he failed me. Not being one to take a failing grade easily, I filed an appeal with the dean, argued my point and ended up with an A (a rare A cause I hated uni). As for the professor, all of his kids are lapsed catholics and he no longer is a professor.
Now fast forward to 2006. I am a creative producer for a very large interactive firm in Vancouver BC. Ive been assembling links and references in my shadows account to the point where it got way too large. This is my link blog where I will be putting all of my bookmarks in an organized fashion
